Senior Consultant

Location: Home-based working / remote (UK)
Hours: 3 days per week
Salary: £41,000–£45,000 FTE (pro rata) depending on experience
Holiday entitlement: 28 days per year, including English bank holidays (pro rata).

We're looking for an experienced communications consultant to deliver research communications and media relations for our clients, manage client relationships, and support us as we grow and evolve our offering.

You'll work directly with research and communications teams across the higher education, research and innovation sectors. Your varied role will include developing and delivering campaigns and communications materials, developing communications strategies, and ensuring clients receive a professional and personable service. There will also be opportunities to deliver training to researchers.

Our main office is based in South West Wales, and while this role is fully remote, there is the option to be based in our office if this is convenient. We offer flexible working.

You'll join a small, experienced team working with some of the most interesting organisations in research and higher education across the UK and Europe. The role combines strategic thinking, hands-on delivery, and direct client engagement, giving you the opportunity to build trusted relationships and see the impact of your work. You'll also help shape how research and innovation are communicated and understood.
